ADR – Mediation & Arbitration

Frequently serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator in a variety of disputes through American Arbitration Association and privately administered proceedings. AAA Commercial, Construction and Employment Panel member. Has served as sole arbitrator, panel member, and panel chair. Mediation Panel member for American Arbitration Association. Has also served as an emergency arbitrator to hear and decide requests for injunctive relief on an expedited basis. Regularly participates in various ADR training and education programs, including the American Bar Association’s Institute for Advanced Mediation and Advocacy. Provides ADR services in Oklahoma and other States.


Special Master

Frequently appointed by District Courts or agreement of counsel to serve in a special master capacity, most often in connection with discovery proceedings.


Client Representation

Over 35 years’ experience in complex civil litigation and arbitration, with emphasis in the following dispute areas: franchise, business (contractual and business tort disputes), construction, professional negligence, securities, employment, energy. Extensive experience as lead counsel in complex jury trials, non-jury trials, appellate proceedings and arbitration hearings.
